Flame Metal spray coating
GAS thermal spray method
With the acetylene + oxygen (3100 °C), profane + oxygen (2700 °C) as the heat source, this is the method of consecutive spray for various metal and alloy materials to form the film. This can be applied in broad industrial field to obtain the capability of new products with capability increase for new machine part and affordable price for part for abrasion or corrosion.
ARC JET thermal spray method
This is the method of spraying for electric ARC as the hear source that it would have the effects of having the finite film with heightened hardness.
